Kristine Opolais begins the 2023/24 season with a beautiful series of recitals in Latvia, Hungary, and Brazil. Joining her on stage is pianist Agnese Egliņa, with whom she made her Chinese debut at the largest concert hall in Shanghai in 2020.

Their program will include famous arias from the operas of Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, Francesco Chile, Antonin Dvorak, romantic piano miniatures, including Felix Mendelssohn’s “Songs without Words” and the compositions of the Baltic German Nikolai von Wilm. In 2023, several concerts are planned for Ms. Opolais together with Agnese Egliņa – in Austria, in the Haydn Hall of the Esterházi Palace, in Hungary – in the Budapest Opera House, as well as a concert tour to South America in November.
